This is a fine, gentle walk through the pretty villages of Austwick, Wharfe and Feizor. There are no significant gradients to deal with on this walk.

From Eurospeleo, cross the main road and walk into Austwick. About 250m after the pub (The Game Cock) turn left onto Townhead Lane and follow this out of the village. After 2.5km, turn right at the obvious junction and follow the path down to Wharfe.
After joining the road beyond Wharfe, the Dales High Way footpath can be followed south to Feizor (alternative, the road, or Wood Lane path can be followed directly back to Austwick for a shorter walk). At Feizor, the Pennine Bridleway footpath (Hale Lane) can be followed back to Austwick.
